Arrival Procedure

PLEASE CALL 08452 577344 WHEN YOU ARE 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT. On arrival at the airport, drive to the Drop-Off point outside the terminal building where your driver will be waiting for you.

Return Procedure

On arrival back to Stansted Airport once you have cleared Passport Control and have all your bags, call us on 08000 599589 and make your way to the pick up point which is located on the lower level in the Short Stay car park, where you will be met with your car. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY £2 TO EXIT THE CAR PARK. (DO NOT CALL BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR BAGGAGE AS WE ONLY HAVE 15 MINUTES IN THE CAR PARK BEFORE ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY)

Transfers

Transfers are not required with this service as your car will be collected and delivered to you at the airport.

Security

CSL Car Storage has CCTV; alarms and guard dogs.

Open

CSL Car Storage is open from 04:00 until Midnight every day with the exception of the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are refunded in full. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged in full.

Additional Information

CSL Car Storage do not operate between Midnight and 04:00 each day. If a customer's flight is scheduled to land during this period they will not be able to accommodate the booking. However in the event of a flight delay they will wait for passengers.
