Arrival Procedure

PLEASE CALL 07584 095985 WHEN YOU ARE 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT. On arrival at the airport follow the signs for the Short Stay car park and the chauffeur will meet you at the meeting point which is just through the barrier on the right.

Return Procedure

Please call the chauffeur hotline on 07584 095 985 once you have collected your luggage. You will be met in the Short Stay car park at the designated meet & greet point which is close to the barrier at the entrance. There is a fee set by the airport of £1 for the first 15 minutes which you will be required to pay, and if you go over the 15 minutes the fee goes up to £4.50.

Transfers

Transfers are not required as this is a meet and greet service. Your car is collected and returned to you at the airport.

Security

Luton Budget Meet & Greet has a secure storage facility with perimeter fencing; barriers; CCTV and 24 hour security patrols.

Open

Luton Budget Meet & Greet is open 365 days a year.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are refunded in full. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged in full.
