Arrival Procedure

Your chauffeur, wearing a black jacket, will meet you outside departures in the car lane (or if at Terminal 1, on the Lower/left section of Departures). IMPORTANT NOTICE - Your chauffeur will only wait for 15 minutes after the meet time unless you have telephoned Purple Parking to advise them that you will be late.

IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE TO YOUR MEETING TIME, PLEASE CALL PURPLE PARKING'S HELPLINE ON 0845 605 1831 or +44 208 867 4564 FROM ABROAD.

TERMINAL 5 - NEW CAR DROP OFF POINT. Details are as follows: Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow the sign for "Fast Track". At the entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry there will be no charge). Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where your chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

Return Procedure

Full return instructions will be provided by your chauffeur on arrival. Please note that if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, Purple Parking reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to their car park to collect your vehicle.

Security

The car park provides security fencing, CCTV, 24 hour security and holds the 'Park Mark' safer parking award.

Purple Parking Meet & Greet is open 365 Days a year.

Distance from Airport

Your car will be parked at Purple Parking's secure car park located about 6 miles from the airport's terminals.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are refunded in full. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged in full.

Vehicle Height Restrictions

Please note this car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.4m (7ft 6in).

Additional Information
