Arrival Procedure

Please arrive at APH at least 45 minutes before your flight check-in time. On arrival at the car park, report to reception with your booking confirmation. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.

Return Procedure

Your car will be delivered to you at the airport. Full instructions for return procedure will be issued on arrival at the car park.

Transfers

Transfer time to the airport is about 10 - 15 minutes.

Security

The car park has barrier control, CCTV & holds the 'Park Mark' safer parking award.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are refunded in full. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged in full.

The car park has facilities for disabled passengers.

Additional Information

All APH chauffeurs wear orange Hi-Viz jackets and carry ID. Please note that the transfer coaches are unable to transport bikes; surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size. Golf clubs are accepted. Please note we can only accept vehicles with a valid tax disc and in roadworthy condition.
