Arrival Procedure

On arrival at Airparks, park in one of the marked bays and report to Airparks reception. Please present your confirmation and return flight details and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the airport. We recommend that you allow 40 minutes from the time you check in at the car park to the time you arrive at the airport.

Return Procedure

On your return, simply wait where you were dropped off and Airparks' 30-minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park.

Transfers

Transfers operate every 30 minutes and take just 3 minutes.

Security

Cardiff Airparks is fenced and floodlit and has 24-hour patrols and CCTV. This car park has been awarded the 'Park Mark' safer parking award.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are refunded in full. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged in full.

Additional Information

Please note that this car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft.) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses; mobile homes; lorries; caravans or vehicles with trailers. This car park also cannot accept surfboards; bikes; canoes or other large objects and during busy periods your vehicle may be moved to an alternative secured compound nearby.
